Chronic Health Conditions

Does it feel like your chronic condition has taken over your life?

Maybe you’ve endured countless doctor appointments, lifestyle changes, and changes in your body?

You’ve tried to mute or manage the symptoms and now you are exhausted.

I work with many people who have chronic pelvic health issues— ranging from endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, PCOS to pelvic pain. These conditions can be accompanied by feelings of shame, grief, anger, and fear. It’s an invisible burden that many people do not share with anyone else. Additionally, many people struggle for years to get an accurate diagnosis. These illnesses can also cause identity shifts, especially when experiencing issues around fertility and changes in your lifestyle or quality of life.

My clients are on different parts of their journey-- some have been recently diagnosed and just need support getting through. Others are ready to look at things that might be exacerbating their symptoms or memories that are triggering their symptoms.

Keeping those feelings bottled up will only anchor you in your pain. I believe in the mind-body connection and I know that working through your feelings will help you manage your chronic condition. You do not have to succumb to chronic illness and its hardships. I cannot fix you—in fact, I do not think you are broken. I am here to help you work through the challenges around chronic conditions.

Let’s work for a life that does not revolve around your invisible illness.
