Chronic Pain and Chronic Illness:
You Deserve More Than Just Coping.

Has your chronic condition taken over your life? Maybe you’ve endured endless doctor appointments, lifestyle changes, and shifts in your body, only to be left managing the emotional fallout alone.
You’ve done everything you can to cope.

You are not alone. Let’s work for a life that does not revolve around your invisible illness.

I’m Heather, a trauma therapist in Round Rock, TX, and I help women with chronic illness feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Let’s get back your joy!

I work with many women navigating chronic pelvic health issues like endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, PCOS, or persistent pelvic pain. These invisible conditions often come with waves of shame, fear, or anger, especially when doctors dismiss your experience or it takes years to get a diagnosis.

Living with chronic illness often means carrying invisible burdens that many women do not share with anyone else. It can trigger identity shifts, grief around fertility, changes in your lifestyle or quality of life, or deep exhaustion from constantly managing symptoms while trying to look “fine” on the outside.

My clients are in different parts of their journey.
Some have been recently diagnosed and need support navigating the daily ups and downs.
Others are ready to explore how stress, trauma, or old memories might be making things worse.

What they all share is the weight of carrying too much for too long.

Keeping your feelings bottled up doesn’t protect you. It only deepens the pain. I believe in the mind-body connection and in the healing that comes from giving your emotions the attention they deserve.

You don’t have to live like this forever.
I’m not here to fix you. I don’t believe you are broken.
